First Friday is a private, monthly sale that allows you to apply the full balance of your Vida Dollars toward a featured selection of travel purchases.

First Friday offers are so special, they're reserved on a first-come, first-served basis only. So once an offer or sale item is sold out, it's no longer available.

These deals go fast, so be sure to grab the deal you want when it launches before it's gone!

For Platinum level members, First Friday is only live from 11 AM EDT until 3 PM EDT on the first Friday* of each month.

Remember, First Friday is the same time and place each month, so be sure to mark your calendar.

*The sale may be held the second Friday of the month if the first Friday coincides with a major U.S.-recognized holiday.

1. Full Redemption:

   Full redemption offers allow you to use your Vida dollars to pay for the entire value of your claim (excluding fees)

2. Partial Redemption:

   These offers allow you to use your Vida dollars to pay down up to half of the value of the claim (excluding fees)

In order to claim a First Friday offer, follow these easy steps:

1. Navigate to the First Friday Sale Page from the "My Benefits" tab.

2. Click on your offer of choice (one claim MAX per person, per sale)

3. Claim your offer and record your order number (appears on confirmation screen)

4. You should receive a Confirmation email of your claim.

5. A Concierge Representative will contact you soon via email containing a redemption code and/or instructions so you can fulfill your claim. Please redeem your cruise or resort certificate within 30 days after receiving your redemption instructions via email.

To allow all members an opportunity to participate in our First Friday sale, you can only claim 1 offer or item maximum, per person, per sale.

Once you've claimed a First Friday offer, record your order number (this will populate on your confirmation screen once you've filled out your offer claim details,) and shortly after, you will receive a Confirmation email. A Concierge Representative will also be in contact with you soon via email with a redemption code and/or instructions on how to redeem your First Friday special!

This signifies that all available claims are being processed by other members. If this happens, you may not have a chance to claim this item and may want to try another item.

If you try to claim a First Friday offer and it says "sold out", then that particular offer or item was just claimed by another Vida member and is no longer available.

A new claim will become available every 15 minutes, except at the start of the sale. There will be a 30-minute gap between the first and second offers. When the clock counts down to zero, you must refresh your browser to make your claim.
